Personalized items allow up to 1 weeks.Delivery will be completed within 4 days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

To ensure a smooth resolution for any concerns, an unboxing video is mandatory. * The video must start before the package is opened and continue until the product is fully inspected.

  • The video must be continuous (no cuts or edits) and clearly show the shipping label.

  • Claims for missing items or transit damage will not be entertained without a valid unboxing video.

  • By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this return/refund policy.

  • We provide complete customer satisfaction for all purchases. We offer 7 days return policy if the product is unused and unopened condition. Items should be returned in the original folding, unused condition and the folding must be intact along with the original receipt, tags and other add-ons (blouse) received in the original package. Refund will be issued after the returned item reached our store and inspection is completed to ensure product is intact.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and buyer pays for the return shipping.

  • Customer should notify us via whatsapp or email  within two days of receiving the item along with order number. We will respond with the feedback within 2 business days with our evaluation and provide further instructions.

Customized Items

Please keep in mind that all of our customized items—including sarees with fall/picot work, custom-stitched blouses, and personalized orders—are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. Each piece is crafted specifically for you, and we cannot accept returns once the customization process has begun.​

Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges are only permitted in the rare case of a manufacturing defect or if the wrong item was sent.

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags intact.

  • Final approval for exchange rests with the Azhagi Weaves quality control team.
